Paul & Annette Bartlett
Paul & Annette took on the role of Senior Pastors of Lighthouse Church in 2000. They recieived the leadership of the church from Annette's father, Pastor Bill Beard,
who died suddenly three weeks later. They intend to lead Lighthouse Church as a church where the power of God is evident, yet the practical needs of the community are also met.
Paul & Annette have been in active leadership since 1987. Paul is part of the State Executive of the NSW Australian Christian Churches,
and a District Leader for the NSW South Coast, overseeing some 15 churches. He is also the President of Cedars Christian College, a school of over 600 students.
Paul & Annette have been married since 1987 and have three children.
